i was in a relationship for 2 years. he would always threaten to leave me and break up with me for a reaction. i let him. its been 2 years now. he still tries to contact me, drives by my house etc. yes they come back. but they come back when they realize that you are doing better off alone. just act like you don’t care, don’t reach out, live your life. they always come back

Well, sorta (out of respect I don't talk badly about him) but we had a lot of arguments and falling outs. I made a lot of mistakes too (I don't remember them but I'm sure it's true) so it just was hard for both of us. Honestly I think the best thing to do is to let go right after it's supposed to end, instead of waiting around for nothing but false hope like I did 😅 My fault obviously but still it hurt

My therapist told me her and her husband were no contact for a year and now they’ve been married 15… I don’t think she knew at the time she shouldn’t give me false hope lol
