Honestly just ignore it all ,out of sight out of mind kinda thing. try focusing more about the things you truly need to know ,like saving money ,trying to find a stable income so you can find a place or a friend that you can stay with if you’re at that age ofc ,if not unfortunately just try your best to ignore it. Adults who do stuff like that tend to get a sense of power from knowing you’re affected by their actions towards you.

I guess just don't try to get involved with them since they probably won't change and they will keep hurting you with their weird and dumb ideas, I personally just avoid my family
