@disneysweetstuff: 🎬💔 PART 6: Movies 12 Demolition The FINAL Goodbye! 😭🍿 Well, this is it… the moment we’ve all been waiting for, but also dreading. 🥺💔 After 36 years, the iconic MOVIES 12 sign has officially come down, marking the end of an era here in Lancaster. 🎞️😭 I’ve been documenting this demolition from the very beginning, and watching that final sign come crashing down was honestly so sad. So many memories were made inside this theater since it first opened in 1990. ❤️🍿 One thing I’ll never forget is how many people stopped by throughout the demolition to take pictures, share stories, and say their final goodbyes. It really shows how much this place meant to our community. 🥹❤️ I’m so glad I was able to capture these final moments and share them with everyone who loved Movies 12 as much as I did. Goodbye, Movies 12. Thank you for 36 years of memories. 🎬💔 ❤️ What movie do you remember seeing here? I’d love to hear everyone’s memories in the comments! 🥹🍿 #Movies12 #Cinemark #LancasterCA #AntelopeValley #Nostalgia

Ramon Gutierrez :

Watching that sign come down hurt. My daughter and me use to go for the weekday dollar showing they had or the cheap weekend movies when she was little and I was recently divorced and low on cash. That theater always came through for me in tough times.
