i was pulling for him but unfortunately our special teams problems run way deeper than just kicker, we need a complete overhaul and mevis had to be scapegoated, plus in his postgame interview he took zero accountability for the misses earlier in the game which left a sour taste in my mouth, i get he’s not responsible for his kick getting blocked but like i said it’s not just kicker that we need to fix, our special teams already cost us a super bowl last year and it might cost us the playoffs this year, in a year where we were overwhelming favorites to win the super bowl and got a franchise legend out of retirement before the season started, it’ll be a total black hole on the franchise’s history if we let this stretch be defined by special teams fuck ups
