I used to think the same. I moved out of my moms and lived with my dad for over a year. I just moved back in with my mom a week ago and we are making such good progress. I’ll never forget what she put me through, but I’d rather push through the bad than not have her at all

unfortunately my mom was never in my life, and although i always wonder what life would’ve been like with my mom, im very blessed and grateful my dad wasn’t like her and fought for the custody of my sister and i, and i couldn’t and wouldn’t want or choose another dad in any other life, my dad is my everything, words aren’t enough to explain the amount of love i have for my father, he IS MY HERO.
