You can meditate every morning, journal your thoughts, practice gratitude, exercise, and do everything you're supposed to do to manage stress. But what happens when the rest of your day is spent taking care of everyone else's needs? You answer every call. Solve every problem. Rearrange your schedule. Put off your own appointments because someone else needs you. And somehow, you're surprised that you're still exhausted. Here's something worth considering: You can't keep adding self-care practices to a life that has no room for you. At some point, feeling better requires more than managing your stress. It requires changing some of the behaviors that keep creating it. That might mean letting someone figure things out for themselves. Not answering every call. Or allowing someone to be disappointed because you have other priorities. And yes, that can feel uncomfortable. But you can care about people without making yourself responsible for everything that happens to them. So I'm curious... What's harder for you: saying no, or dealing with the guilt afterward? #BurnoutRecovery #HealthyBoundaries #WomenOver40 #StressManagement #SelfCare
