people who like to talk a lot about sects are the ones who have very little knowledge of Islam. They love to talk about the "only right way" because it makes them feel special and they don't have to put in the effort and study 10+ years to be someone. Brother Islam is not about having a position and talking without knowledge. Leave the complicated and complex topics to the scholars of this Deen and concentrate on your Ibada and your manners and try to be the best version you can be. A sincere advice for everyone who fears Allah.
