I see people side with the guy but I think there is procedures that must be followed when you are unfairly dismissed. I wish people can get into managers/supervisors’ shoes and see what they deal with in daily basis. I am also not siding with managers or supervisors that are abusing employees but if someone have mind of coming to workplace with weapon is show his character.
