@donnie19620: This one came to me as I was scrolling through my Book of Pages serching for something that made any sense of the word This one is current and I still find myself serching for the right answers, I'm beginning to wonder if there are any Sometimes I feel like Silence is my only friend ✍ {Silence Becomes a New Friend} I'm losing my mind on a day I should be rejoicing;,, I'm searching for a reason for the way things are, I'm finding myself breathing without exhaling because I dont want to lose that too, my will is strong but the endurance is growing weak I feel as if I'm drowning during surviving, but for a second that feels okay because, I need "HYDRATION" and no one is around to catch me when I fall,,,,, Getting back up is taking all the strength I need to grow, I need to bleed but I've lost too much of that too, and I wonder if anyone is seeing the struggle, and can they relate How do you stop the madness trapped inside your head and change the dreams you dream at night to the way things really are, and does that even matter I need to start a new Chapter but the book is old, the library of dreams is closed, and nobody is reading it anyway Maybe the words are just jibberish and the only one struggling is yourself, asking the questions to yourself, that never get answered because no one is listening or watching, In the end, 'Silence becomes a new friend... ~©Donnie Pike 4/11/20 A Poet's Journey #Silencebecomesanewfrienddp
