Just throw this contract out and let Tumpeco ~ Wavahmuno continue supplying number plates. Any car owner should be free to buy and install a tracker in their vehicle to deter theft.

This country is in the last days, I remember Mr.Kahinda Otafiire telling this issue about the parliamentary committee about the number plates before the plates were issued. How can you charge a national 700,000 shs plus for a number plate???
