Really good comfortable footwear. It gets soooooo hot and my feet swelled up. Cool, floaty clothes. Mozzie repellent, gastro stop ( iykyk).

omg i recently did a medical placement for two weeks in Hue and it was amazing! definitely need bug repellent, good sunnies, and a fan. would recommend bringing lightweight clothes, but honestly would try not to overpack because there’s soooo many markets and shops with really cute items for good prices. there generally isn’t a dress code but certain sacred/historic places require you to cover your shoulders and knees!

When I went to Vietnam, I took some pieces of clothing I wanted them to remake in different colours and fabrics. I got so many clothes made. Make sure you go to a tailor in the first couple of days if you want clothes made. It’s the best! Oh, and the hat looks fab.

Cotton or linen button up shirt, you can wear that over tank tops open just for sun protection when out cause it’s hot as hell. Comfy light weight pants too
