🇺🇸 LA’s New Spot for Authentic Cantonese Hot Pot! 🆕🍲 🥢 Juicy Hotpot 📍 121 E Valley Blvd Ste 110, San Gabriel, CA 91776 A new Cantonese hot pot spot just opened across from Hawaii Supermarket! Even 100°F weather couldn’t stop us from coming out for this! 🥵 All the dipping sauces and sides are made in-house, including pickled long beans and veggies that help balance out the richness. Our DIY sauce combo: Seasoned soy sauce + garlic chili sauce + house special chili sauce 🌶️ We tried their new White Pepper Pork Tripe & Chicken Hot Pot, and the table was absolutely loaded! 🍲 The rich broth is slow-simmered with pork bones and chicken, no shortcuts or artificial flavor boosters. The pot comes with half a yellow-feather chicken, pork tripe, and tofu skin. So much food already! We ordered a bunch of extras, easily enough to share with 2–3 people. 🐚 Abalone: Big, plump, and perfectly chewy, served right in the shell. 🥢 Pork Tripe: Pre-cooked, with a satisfying crunch and tender bite. 🍤 Shrimp Paste with Radish: Fresh shrimp with actual chunks you can taste. 🥩 Beef: Beautiful marbling and a firm texture across the different cuts. You can really taste the natural sweetness of the ingredients! The white pepper broth is rich, peppery, and comforting. Everything tastes great cooked right in it.
