@reemcookz: Potato Cheese Balls🥔🧀 recipe: -700g potatoes -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp smoked paprika -1/2 tsp salt -4 tbsp corn flour -Mozzarella cubes -Wash, peel and cut potatoes into even cubes, add in a pot along with water and salt, boil for 15-20 mins or until fork tender -Strain potatoes and transfer into a bowl, add seaosings and corn flour, mix well until combined -Take some of potato mixture, flatten it and add mozzarella cubes then form into a ball -Fry the potato cheese balls on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy -Optional: Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top -Serve potato cheese balls with ketchup and mayo or whatever you like! #fyp #potato #FoodTok
