Just take him to court one that does not save HOA‘s at all so you have a fair chance and let the courts tell him that he cannot trespass on people’s property because easy HOA president and state laws don’t apply to the HOA or to him, and when he violates it, have it all recorded when the police come have him hauled off and let the district attorney lock him away with the assistance of the courts approval and then have them stripped of any HOA authority. Never again be able to represent any HOA of any kind. Let’s see what has it done.
