I am guessing they are too be picky when she was head off the floor for a slight moment when he had his arm under her extended arms while changing her footing into a spin at the end.

They should get all New Judges and Hosts I don’t watch the show that much if I do I record it so I can FF when the judges are talking same with the Hosts they sound like Phony actors not genuine hosts ! DWTS needs a revamp

I actually looked up the rules after that argument and the dancer was correct according to Google lol the traditional rumba doesn’t allow lifts from a partner. They weren’t dance partners so it’s a grey area
