most of these is not misogynistic at all wtf😭ruling doesnt mean it is misogynist(Im saying this from Islamic side) fine I can somewhat see your point with the first part but even then,Man is usually seen as the leader of the household. and woman can still lead prayer of they praying with other woman. this does not mean a woman cannot be a leader however. while this mean a woman cannot lead man's prayer,it does not invalidate her leadership skills if she have any. no one has authority over anyone except those with titles. a female teacher would have an authority over male student. basic stuff both man and woman has to cover themselves. both of em have their own aurat. the "half testimony" is about business as a witness and does not saying a woman literally half of what man are. the context are long so Im just gonna say this. Aisha(R.A.) has been giving almost 2000+ plus worth of testimony and narration of hadith. God being referred in "male" wording is simply more of how english wording to be. take what Islam called their God per example. "Allah" simple mean "The God". no gender related there. just how language work. "Father give daughter away" is more of focusing on the male side as they are the one to take care of everything.(supposedly). once the daughter get married,the father's responsibility is transferred over to the husband. that mean the husband is the one to take care of her. the father doesnt need to worry about feeding and raising her anymore. everything is complete. this does not mean the daughter is weak by any mean. she can be a bodybuilder for all we care but her needs and demands will be need to be faced by her husband now.
