You need to go to the dentist and get it taken care of. That much ibuprofen is not good for your kidneys. Screw up your kidneys and your problems will get much worse.

Getting any kind of dental care really isn’t gonna save you because even with really good dental insurance, I still have to pay $500 for a crown
