Genuinely the worst pain I’ve ever experienced!! And I’m sick of people and doctors saying it’s purely because of sex.. I drank a monster once and it gave me an excruciating UTI. If I hold my pee for too long I get a UTI. There’s literally so many causes and not enough treatment

I had a UTI for like four months all the doctors just kept sending me to other doctors. No one could solve my problem. I finally figured out if it was taking too many of the same probiotics stop taking probiotics for a period of time and then re-introduce them slowly and use different brands.

Maybe it’s because doctors ask us if we are wiping properly and not back to front 🥴 and giving just 3 days of antibiotics which doesn’t get rid of it!!

mine went away when I stopped having sex with men.🤷♀️but yes, I fully understand why it leads to suicide in some cases. all I could do when I had one was sit in the shower and cry. it's the worst feeling in the world.

I follow The Vag Doc and she said that it may be due to the fact that women are shaving or waxing their hair off more often, something that women didn’t do that much years ago. Pubic hair serves as a protective barrier.

I went through this on and of for years. It’s so debilitating and you have to work while in agony as you can’t keep taking sick days 🙁

I’ve been on long term antibiotics for 4 years now, couldn’t take the urinary anti septic because it made me so poorly so now I just have to carry on indefinitely. 100% needs more research!
