I agree the mall was at fault, the lady that got hit deserves the compensation. The two girls that were on the swings. It’s not cool that she sued them. It’s not their fault but a lot of people are money hungry so they’ll even though would even sue a dog if the dog was in the lap with them.

I agree it is an odd place for a swing but those girls should not be swinging like it's a park, obviously meant for a gentle swing so they are in the wrong not the mall, pay attention to your surroundings, she should have walked out at a wider range just in case, people on phones dont pay attention either.
