I am fully of the belief that no joke should be off-limits, I mean how can I say that somethings is not funny while I’m laughing at other crap. That you hit the nail on the head it wasn’t a joke, it was just a sexist remark that he figured he could get away with. Unfortunately for everyone Rogan his platformed a lot of these awful men that use “humour” as a shield to just say the most ridiculous and sometimes vile stuff for no real gain and I’m glad that when there’s not even an attempt at making a joke that we are finally starting to push back against it. Unfortunately though I don’t see this guy losing any work from it tho

There is a brilliant comedian I follow (who I can’t remember the name of sorry!) who tours around really hard done by parts of Eastern Europe and his entire show is crowd work where he makes fun of different countries, their governments and their histories. He’s phenomenal at meeting a Russian, making fun of the Russian government, maybe even specific Russian attributed a person has, but rarely does he roam into victimising or bullying. He’s also so incredibly educated on global conflict, history and politics that he can pick up on almost any point.

A lot of the people who claim the left won’t let you joke about anything and defend comedians like Shane will change their tune and get very upset when the joke is about say Charlie Kirk.
