Sir, unlike a lot of other people, I’m really good at my job. I always deliver what I need to, and on time. I signed up to work remotely, not work from my bedroom. If I don’t do my work, or deliver what I’m supposed to, I would totally understand you needing to have a conversation with me. But if I’m sitting in my bedroom, or my mother‘s apartment, three states away, or my father‘s home in Mexico, and I’m getting my work done, I don’t see how that’s any of your business even a little bit.

This is why people are getting called back to the office. When we worked from home the expectation was we had to be able to report to the office during normal working hours like usual.

One of my team who worked in Chicago moved to California. Another one moved from Chicago to upper Michigan. And still another one moved from Chicago to Jacksonville, Florida. I don’t understand as long as our work done why it’s matter where we are we’re not at our hubs anymore.
