You guys l know some of us we take long to understand we part of Uganda produces high levels of charcoals is northern Uganda so this implies that when they cut all those areas which produces charcoal , Kampala, Jinja , lganga and so on will not be able to get charcoal so they are blocking the source .

Then this means that Uganda needs Federal. You are already seeing that the problems of West Nile, Northern Uganda, karamojja and Teso region are proving to be far different from those of Busiga, Buganda, Bunyoro, Ankole etc. Even federal laws intended to solve such problem have to be diferent.
