@top_catch_fishing: I move my bobber stop toward the hook if i see this happening. It means im dragging bottom, which is okay, BUT you are more likely to get snagged like that and it can be harder for the catfish to find your bait. by moving your bobber stop you get your bait off the bottom, away from snags, and in front of the fish's face.
