@bjbcheovz: On Thursday, October 16th, when CBS permieres the new season, we'll have to wait and see weather these risks will pay off! #lawandorder #tiktok #viral #edit #usa🇺🇸
They’re wrong. The kid will just hate them and fight to be back with his parents. It’s too late to take him

It should be up to the child

Why the hell not do a partial custody. Allow him to get to know his birth family but stay with his parents

if his real parents or grandparents really cared about the kid they would let him live with who he chooses. And build a relationship with him because he don't even know them. People biologically his family are not

So selfish. It would suck, but I would want my child to stay in his happy stable home. Would work a creating a new/separate relationship with him.

I have not finished the episode so I don’t know what happened in the end. I think Tyler should’ve stayed with his adoptive parents and if he wanted to, he could see his bio father and his bio grandparents.

I’m tired of people not listening to what the KID wants! 💔 It’s why so many go abused

The only RIGHT thing to do in this case is establish joint custody…….. slowly build a relationship with the child alongside these adoptive parents. Ripping that child away from the only home he’s ever known is only gonna make him hate you

if i was in the dad/grandparents position id try to do some kind of blended family arrangement. it’s not the adopted family’s fault this happened and the kid obviously loves them

I completely understand him, wanting to have a relationship with his son, but under no circumstance should he take him away from his family it's his family doesn't matter your blood visitation completely but completely taken away. Unacceptable.

I wouldn’t know, but isn’t the same thing supposed to be up to the child?

He’s never going to accept living with his bio dad, he’ll be resentful and won’t see him as his father

Tyler is old enough to decide, he'll probably stay with the people who raised him but biological dad can see him still, they can build a relationship and everyone will be relatively happy

as a parent, I'd want to know my child and be in their life but NO WAY IN HELL would I rip him away from the only family they ever knew! that's selfish!

this episode was so frustrating. the obvious solution would be to keep in contact with the adoptive parents and work out time to spend with him. doing anything else proved the bio dad only cared about having a son, not loving him.

It would be horrible to be the father in this situation, but you can’t take the child away from the only home he’s ever known over night, especially when the child wants to stay (speaking from an ethical, not legal standpoint).
