@thetimes: The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) released video showing masked agents in a hotel room handcuffing a prone figure identified by Moscow media as Yuki Imai. It said that he was arrested in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk the day before he was due to leave Russia. Japan has appealed for “humanitarian consideration” of the journalist arrested for alleged spying against Russia. A Russian court allowed the intelligence services two months to investigate a correspondent with the Japanese Hokkaido Shimbun newspaper.
