It’s so beautiful! What condition was it in when you purchased? How long did your gut Reno take? We are looking to buy and having the hardest time deciding between gutting a place (and concerned the Reno will take forever / financially spiral out of control) or settling on a place that needs less work but wouldn’t be perfect for us. (Also we have a Winnie too!)

I love your content, it is such a different life from me and interesting to see. Feel free to tell me this isn’t my business lol and also let it show my lack of wealth but when you say apartment does that mean you own it? I would assume you do considering all the renovations but for me (lower to middle class) an apartment is something you rent. I’m also from the south so maybe it’s a difference in culture that way as well. Just curious and hope you have a wonderful day….PS I could just dream of watching the snowfall with that fireplace going…..🤌🏻❄️🤍
