Nurse here. The dizziness on standing is called orthostatic hypotension. It’s a sudden drop in blood pressure. It can be a symptom of POTS, but it can also occur just randomly occasionally and not really be from anything other than standing up too fast.

I get the “vinegar sweats” after eating anything pickled or containing vinegar. Has always happened. Brought it up to a coworker he time eating pickles and asked if her lip gets sweaty and her tongue gets itchy. Find out 37 years later it’s an allergy…

Maybe like 2 times a year my tattoos that I've had for years will suddenly become raised and itchy. Only on the tattooed part of my skin. I call it… “I paid for you to be pretty, not itchy syndrome!!!” 🤦♀️

I get “Hurty eye” I feel like there’s something in my eye but if I rub my eyes it hurts worse instead of better and my eye is in extreme pain until my hurty eye goes away

I get "Orange Fanta sickness" if I drink more than a couple small sips of orange fanta, I get the feeling that in two seconds there's gonna be puke everywhere. Any other fanta is fine

I have “blood pop syndrome “ where I randomly will bend a finger but like a capillary will get trapped and pop and create an instant bruise and sharp pain. It eventually goes away, but happens a few times a month 🤷♀️

my family has a hereditary one . we call it "Halstead hands" it's where your hands suddenly have zero desire to hold what they are holding and it drops to the floor. like lost all grip strength. then you have to say "damnit Halstead hands" otherwise you can't pick it up again. [Tears of joy] happens randomly and there's no cure
