k18 is great but try avoid using it too much coz like you say it’s protein which can cause snapping on the bleach when you use it a lot

My hair grew so much when I had a weft it’s deffo the most gentle method on your natural hair if it’s done properly. Nanos and tapes ruinedddd my hair x

Don’t get tapes! You can’t do anything with your hair couldn’t even put mine up without them showing, changed after 3 months of them😂

Tapes are the worst kind of extensions to exist. You could do k tips, those are my favorite for fine hair but also properly installed and taken care of wefts should be just fine! Whatever you do dont do tapes though lol

Oil every single night. It’s transformed my bleached hair and it’s finally growing!! Section your hair extensions every night and get every piece of natural hair and oil it. It’s such effort but so worth it xx

My hair grew sooo much with a weave! I had to have it cut short because of bleach damage.. dyed it brown and within 10 months of having a weave sewn in my hair was the same length as the extensions!

Embrace your natural hair colour and less highlights over time. Use hair claw clips instead of hair bands as well, hair bands snap your hair. Keep doing the K18 👌
