The sad thing is we could remove tariffs and stop the war tomorrow and prices will never come back to pre-Trump prices. They would drop some but not all the way. The supply chain is full of tariffed raw materials, materials shipped at $6 diesel, plus corporate greed will keep prices higher than the norm.
