@voiceofquran.official1: Prayer is the pillar of the religion and one of the five pillars of Islam, and it is an obligation on every Muslim man and woman. As for how to perform prayer in a healthy way, it should be noted that prayer in itself is a healthy physical routine for the bones, joints, and muscles, but “healthy prayer” requires performing it with humility and tranquility, focusing on stability and proper performance of its pillars such as bowing and prostration. Steps of correct prayer: Intention: it is in the heart and does not need to be spoken out loud. Opening takbeer: raise your hands level with your ears and say “Allahu Akbar.” Standing: recite Al-Fatihah, then whatever you are able to from the Noble Qur’an. Bowing (ruku‘): humble yourself and repeat “Subhana Rabbi al-‘Azim.” Rising from bowing: stand up straight and say “Sami‘a Allahu liman hamidah” so that the worshippers can hear you. Prostration (sujud): you prostrate twice in every rak‘ah, resting on the seven points of prostration (the forehead, the palms, the knees, and the big toes), and repeat “Subhana Rabbi al-A‘la.” Sitting between the two prostrations: sit in a stable, settled way before moving to the second prostration. Tashahhud: you recite the tashahhud in the final rak‘ahs. Benefits of healthy prayer: Increases tranquility and trust in Allah: prayer increases the feeling of calm, tranquility, and self-confidence. Forbids indecency and wrongdoing: it prevents a person from committing sins and acts of disobedience. The best exercise program: prayer is considered an excellent exercise program for the health of the joints, bones, and muscles. Other questions: What are the most important facts about prayer? Answer: Prayer is the pillar of Islam, and it is the greatest and most important obligation after the two testimonies of faith, and whoever abandons it has disbelieved – we seek refuge in Allah from that. The Prophet says: “The covenant that stands between us and them is the prayer; whoever abandons it has disbelieved,” and he says: “Between a man and disbelief and shirk is abandoning the prayer.” So the consequences of abandoning it are misery.#سعد_الغامدي #قران #quran #quran_alkarim #IslamicReels

There is a particular kind of knowing that comes only after the damage is done; when the pieces finally make sense, but the picture they form is no longer mine to change. Sometimes, an ending isn't born from a single terrible moment, but from a thousand smaller ones, each carrying something I failed to see until there was nothing left to hold. And somewhere, the person who once knew my days is learning the shape of life without me, slowly making room for mornings that no longer include my name. I hope life is gentle with her. I hope she finds reason to laugh that come easily, dreams that make her eyes light up, and a happiness that asks nothing of her but to be lived. I hope the world gives her more kindness than disappointment, more reasons to believe than to doubt, and all the little things she may have once wished for but never quite knew how to ask for. I cannot blame the distance for the things I placed between us. Nor can I ask time to return with the understanding I have now. Some lessons arrive like winter rain; long after the flowers have needed it, when all that's left to do is learn what the season has taken and what it has taught. And maybe that's the hardest truth: to recognize the person I could have been only after the choices of who I was have already helped write the ending. To know what mattered. To understand where I went wrong. To recognize the hurt I caused without pretending I can undo it. And to wish someone well even when their future may no longer have a place for me. To accept that wishing her happiness doesn't mean I get to witness it. Some things are mine to carry, some lessons are mine to learn, and some people leave an imprint on my life that time may soften but never quite erase. And wherever life carries her, I hope it meets her with open hands, that the dreams she keeps close find their way into the world, and that someday, when she looks around at the life she's made, she finds more reason to smile than she ever had to cry. #deafpoets2511
