@itsnathanoreilly: You don’t need 10 different confirmations to build a trade setup. In this example, I’m looking for three things to line up. First, price takes liquidity below the previous low and then rejects. Second, price pushes higher and breaks the previous structural high, giving me evidence that market structure may be shifting. Third, that displacement leaves behind a Fair Value Gap (FVG). Instead of chasing the move after the break, I wait for price to retrace back into the FVG. That gives me a defined area to assess the entry, invalidation and target. The point isn’t that liquidity + structure + FVG guarantees a trade. It’s the framework I’m using to build context before entering. Follow for more liquidity, market structure and Fair Value Gap breakdowns. #liquiditytrading #fairvaluegap #marketstructure #priceaction #icttrading
