The problem is that if you represent yourself, the judge already thinks you use AI but you're put on a standard like you were supposed to be equivalent to the to the other lawyers standing in the courtroom. But you're not treated equal at all. I know I'm going through the issue right now They want you to do what it is. They decide for you, and they ignore anything you put in front of them. I was accused of an abomination about a court case. One court case they could not find, and I was abominated by using AI. It's not that I had multiple citation. Errors or what? But I was accused of using AI because of one mistake. But it's not like she asked me anything about it. She automatically assumed I rely on ai too much with no factual ground.Whatsoever

20 years inside. This borders on the same energy as a vexatious litigator. Not that his was, but the danger is the overwriting. I believe pro se litigants should be able to use AI, but they also need to respect the structure. This was my biggest concern because you have pro se litigants who file 50 page motions that structurally needed only 15 pages. Why? Because some litigants equate over explanation with being clearly heard. Add AI into it and you get this case. This will hurt future pro se litigants.

Never mind, most of the attorneys use templates for their pleadings. 😅

I thought I could use A.I. for my lawsuit. I was wrong. My writing style, vocabulary, and use of statutes to prove the intricacies in my case could never have been written by A.i. Using A.i. as a search engine to find case law and statutes is all A.i. is good for..... I am not educated in law but I have extreme intellect and yet, A.i. could not meet me at me level. This is a GOOD thing knowing A.i. isn't sophisticated enough.... If you are pro se: Dont use A.i. to draft your case. Use it to properly format a document but dont use A.i. to wrote ANY legal proceedings

Thats BS!!!! For some people the only way to particularly their thought is AI. Not everybody has the funds to hire a lawyer to file the claim or even a Parallegal. Without the tools, a lot of people will be left abuse and without a voice.

25 page limit for a complaint is difficult when you have twombly pleading standards

The court can regulate how docs are filed but not how it was composed/drafted. Thats work product and protected.

Pushed an emergency motion. Barely two pages. Ai is only as smart as the person using it
