In June I almost canceled my first AI 101 session at SHACK15 because I was sure nobody would show up. Ten people signed up. I taught it anyway, and then I came back the next Wednesday, and the one after that. Fifteen sessions later, 478 people have claimed seats in the room and online. Every session since July has sold out, and 58 people have sat on waitlists. The room has been full of founders, attorneys, coaches, marketers, and people who had never paid for an AI tool before that night, and every one of them left having built something real. Some nights the demo broke live in front of everyone, and I taught through it with the seams showing, because watching something fail and get fixed is how people actually learn to build. Tomorrow I start a residency at SHACK15 as the launch resident for The Inside Track, their new member-led AI series.
