recite surat fatiha on your head , ayatul kursi forehead, al fatiha on your chest, ayatul kursi on your stomach, al fatiha on your womb(women) under your belly. ayatul kursi on your head and al fatiha on forehead. still today i keep on yawning sometimes with tears. evil eye is real , may Allah protect us🤲🏻🍀
