Question at this point is, what is her salary? After 14 years of work sh should be on a fair wage, but she doesn’t mention at all, I only heard complaints. Minimum wage in Ireland is way higher than salaries of experienced employee in many countries in Europe and I don’t think she is on minimum wage after 14 years of profession…something is not adding up

Teachers can shut it with they're pay rise, they work max 22 hours, get paid during the summer off, Christmas off , and all the other breaks, and then nurses having to work countless amount of hours just for teachers to work half the year🤣🤣🤣

14 years nursing, started at 21 in 2012, never once considered saving a deposit and buying in at least 5 of those years when it was affordable??

I’m a nurse I work 25 hrs a week I do the odd Sunday which is extra pay and I STILL qualify for a small amount of social welfare as a single mother. That’s how low the pay is. I can’t afford to work full time. Literally.

Tbh I don’t blame them but it isn’t any different to the rest of us in the private sector. Took us 9 years to save for the deposit for our house. But I do understand. These jobs should be respected more by giving higher wages. They aren’t sought after jobs when they should be. But the issue is the cost of living and wages not meeting that expectation.
