i actually feel bad for the truck 😭 i got into an accident the other day, rear ended a guy that had been brake checking me for miles. once we finally got to an area with a dashed line, dude starts speeding up as im trying to pass, and then brake checks me when car is coming opposite - causing me to hit him from behind. i got a ticket for “following too close” but im sure brake checker didn’t get a ticket for going 35 in a 55… also barely any damage to both vehicles since we were going 35 in a 55!! it’s ridiculous people get in trouble for being behind stubborn drivers

Funny that people think the laws are the same for every state. In Vermont, it’s legal to pass on a double yellow as long as you don’t exceed the speed limit. The double yellow just means that it’s not a safe place to pass
