This one? Cover both and refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or up to 12 hours), or let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour. Chocolate Filling * 56g very soft salted butter * 50g sugar * 12g cocoa powder * 35g Nutella * Extra Nutella for spreading Mix the butter, sugar, cocoa, and Nutella into a smooth paste. Roll out both doughs and assemble and shape as shown in the video. Transfer to the pan and let rise for another 30–60 minutes. Brush with 1 egg yolk + a splash of milk. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–40 minutes, until golden brown. Sugar Syrup * 50g sugar * 60ml very hot water * 1 tsp vanilla * Squeeze of lemon Mix together and brush generously over the bread as soon as it comes out of the oven. ✨#Foodie #cake #chocolate #baking #babka
