@whipsnadezoo: A health check for two very special cubs 🧡 Our red panda twins have now started venturing outside regularly in the evenings from 4pm on good weather days. Like many cute endangered animals, red pandas are under threat from the illegal wildlife trade which can be driven by social media content. You can help protect endangered animals by not engaging with social media posts of wild animals in a domestic setting. These videos might appear cute, but they fuel a multi-billion pound illegal industry and their owners often cannot provide the specialist care wild animals require to lead happy lives. Through ZSL we’re working across the world to end the illegal wildlife trade, pioneering border protections and establishing anti-poaching networks.
