Sue for what? That she is still alive? Lol. You can only sue if there are legit damages and it is hard to argue that being alive is the damage when the objective was to kill you.

whoever was injecting the medications, would be able to see the medication not going into the vein. it bubbles up the skin😅….

But she had a choice between the chair or the injection. Instead of challenging the courts to make accommodation to how the injection was administered, or using her medical history as reason to request appeal from DR altogether, couldn’t the courts come back & say this is on her? Wouldn’t they have violated her rights had they not allowed her the opportunity to choose between the two methods?
