exactly, ESPECIALLY on haruta, they're in the middle of a major event, he just fought in succession, a unregistered special grade curse, and the former strongest person, and who only know what else is going on, Megumi was exhausted, basically out of ce, and about to die, so, he decided that IF he was going to die, he might as well take out one more enemy, even if it's not a major difference, it potentially saves at least one life, maybe someone he's talked to, maybe not, but if he's dying anyway, he might as well take out the person in front of him, and increase his allies chances even if it's by a fraction of a fraction.

I never realized how many times Megumi nearly summoned maharaga until a few weeks ago. I like how you explain it so well though how each time was seriously valid. Not just megumi be inconvenienced like you said.

that's even more impressive that he's trying to summon him that much. do you know how much strength do you need to have to accept death? especially at his age. must people hold on to life even when there's no chance, we saw haruta beg maga for his life, he's even older than megumi. so either megumi is completely depressed and just wanna die, which i don't really believe because someone depressed wouldn't work so hard to live when fighting or to save people or he's so mature that he accepted that death is part of his life

Didn’t you just name every single fight he has shown in the anime? Like he had maybe one or 2 more, that’s it. And I don’t think I even COULD summon mahoraga since he barely had time to move. Not because he didn’t want to. There’s many things that you happened to not mention. If summoning mahoraga in more than 90% of his fight isn’t using him at every inconvenience what is? Do we see gojo spam hollow purple (arguably his strongest attack) against every enemy he fights? Btw I don’t really think that he’s a bum but I don’t really think he’s that good either.

I mean the only reason he didn't use it on Toji was because Mahoraga wouldn't have noticed him cause of Tojis Heavenly pact that just erases his cursed energy so Toji wouldn't have been viewed as a sorcerer or Cursed spirit
