And there's a whole tender chicken in there too! 🤩⁣ ⁣ Visited this spot in Yongsan, @haesingwan_, and our Haesinjanchisang (Haeshin Chicken & Seafood Soup Pot) was quite the spread! The broth had a lovely natural sweetness from all the ingredients simmering together, making it perfect for slurping up every last bit 😋 it was the perfect meal to start off our Seoul girls trip!⁣ ⁣ And y'know what's even better? Once we've finished all the seafood and chicken, the handmade kalguksu noodles go into the remaining broth to soak up all that flavour. 🍜 Definitely don't skip the noodles! 🥹⁣ ⁣ We also tried the raw mullet and flatfish sashimi with perilla leaves and perilla oil, served with brown rice, kimchi, seaweed and sauce. Mix everything into a bibimbap-style bowl or wrap the sashimi in seaweed, your choice your way, just like the locals!⁣ ⁣ One thing I love about this place? The seafood hot pot comes with such a generous mix of ingredients, and getting here couldn't be easier. It's literally just outside the lift between Exits 1 and 2 of Samgakji Station (Line 4).
