In the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, precipitation was observed in the Kadra, Asfani, Al Siji, and Shawka areas. Large hail fell on the section of the road between Kadra and Asfani. Hail was also reported on the Kadra road and Sheikh Khalifa Highway heading toward Fujairah. In Shawka, Ras Al Khaimah, 4.4 mm of rainfall was recorded by 16:28. Rain also affected other areas of the country, including Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. The UAE National Center of Meteorology issued a warning about convective clouds and the risk of flash floods in mountainous areas. Drivers were urged to exercise caution due to the rain and reduced visibility.
