if city dont get relegated and have titles stripped nobody will watch the league because all the credibility will have well and truely gone. its already bad enough they are still allowed to pkay and taken 15 points from other teams

Fair punishment would be what Everton and Forest got 8 and 4 respectively. So that's at least 300 points for what Forest did. City done that 75 times . Everton were 30 mil overspent City 830 mil so that is 222 points . Round that to 500 points , let them play until they achieve the points following the league programme of relegation and promotion. That's what Everton and Forest got . Depending on what positions Everton and Forest we're in the league, that could have been relegation for them . So that is the parameters for punishment now . Then start the investigation from 2018 to now . Then the referees look like they have bribed needs investigating.
