Everyone keeps telling you how strong you are, but you're exhausted from being strong. And the part nobody sees? You don't know how to stop carrying everything alone. You're the person who gets things done, the one everyone depends on, the one who figures it out. Even after your loss, you've kept going, handling responsibilities and showing up for others. But somewhere along the way, you started wondering… When does someone take care of me? And perhaps an even harder question: Would I even know how to let them? Being strong may have become more than something you do; it may have become who you believe you have to be. So when you're overwhelmed, you push harder. When you need help, you feel guilty. When you're exhausted, you tell yourself you should be doing better by now. Even when someone offers support, you struggle to receive it. What if you didn't have to keep living that way? Not because someone else is going to fix your grief, but because you can begin examining the expectations, beliefs, and patterns that are making an already difficult experience even heavier. That's the kind of work we can explore in grief coaching. During my private 8-week Grief Coaching experience, we look at what grief has changed—not only in your life, but in how you see yourself. We explore the pressure you put on yourself, the guilt that comes with having needs, the boundaries you may be afraid to set, and the beliefs that tell you your value comes from being capable, available, and strong for everyone else. Together, we create space for you to discover what support, self-trust, and living alongside your grief might look like. At your pace, without pretending the loss didn't happen, and without requiring you to become someone you're not. You don't have to wait until you fall apart to decide you deserve support, and you don't have to know exactly what you need before we talk. If you've been thinking, “I can't keep carrying everything like this,” that may be a meaningful place to begin. I offer a complimentary 45-minute Grief Coaching Discovery Session where we can talk about what you're experiencing, what you'd like to be different, and whether working together feels like the right fit. You've spent so much time being strong for everyone else. What might become possible if you made room for yourself, too? 🤍 Grieve fully. Live fully. 🤍 Schedule your complimentary 45-minute Grief Coaching Discovery Session: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=36701482&appointmentType=98652518 🌿 Not ready for private coaching?
