forced self reflection are my faveeeee. also do it on whoever you want but just remember it can go 2 of 1 ways. they either reflect and correct their actions or they ignore it and their life keeps falling down hill because of those bad habits

why not put an ex who treated you horribly and did you wrong in the end and he most def sees himself as the victim, wouldn’t this do something for them? because it’s forcing them to reflect

I always write their name with the additional incantation that it is for their growth and at the discretion of their spirit team. I'm not trying to mess anyone up too badly, but I think it's fair to have them reflect on the way their actions have impact.
