Love the big plans only observation is you’ve removed cubby storage that would’ve housed stuff you probs don’t want on show - hoover, ironing board, mop etc. hopefully you’ve factored that into kitchen?

Personally, I think it’s a bit OTT, your end buyer will still possibly be the elderly buyer, you don’t need to spend that much to achieve the same GDV as previous sold, I could be wrong, just my first thought, but well done 👍🏻

Well done. I would seriously reconsider, before going ahead, thinking about where to put, Hoover, mop bucket, iron board etc, since you’ve boarded up the cupboard, where norm would go. No point having everything lovely looking, and no where to hide that stuff. It would put me off buying, if no storage space
