Let’s make steak & smashed potatoes with @Chosen Foods 🥑🙂‍↕️ This combo never fails! I used @chosenfoods mayo and avocado oil and it turned out SO good. The mayo is super creamy, made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil + simple ingredients! Ingredients (for 2 servings): For potatoes & steak: Baby Potatoes – 500 g Ribeye Steak – 1 piece Red Onion – 1/2 piece Cucumber – 1 piece Avocado Oil – 2 tbsp (for potatoes and steak) Butter – 1 tbsp Rosemary – 2 sprigs Garlic – 2 cloves Salt – 1 tsp Black Pepper – 1 tsp For the sauce: Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt – 2 tbsp Mustard – 1 tsp Garlic – 1 clove Lemon – 1/4 piece (juice) Salt and Pepper – to taste Parsley – a handful Dill – a handful For serving: Chives – for garnish Instructions: 1. Place the baby potatoes in salted water, bring to a boil, and cook until almost tender, about 12–15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly. 2. Transfer potatoes to a baking tray and gently smash each one using the bottom of a glass. Drizzle with avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. 3. Slice the red onion into thin half-moons, finely dice the cucumber, and finely chop the parsley and dill. Set aside. 4. For the sauce, in a bowl combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, finely grated garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth. 5. Pat the ribeye steak dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a hot pan with avocado oil for about 1.5 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, rosemary, and crushed garlic, and continue cooking while basting. Cook about 2 more minutes for medium doneness, then rest. 6. In a large bowl, combine smashed potatoes, red onion, cucumber, and herbs. Add the sauce and gently mix. 7. Slice the steak and serve hot with the potato salad. Garnish with chives. Enjoyy! #ChosenPartner #EasyRecipe #steak #DinnerIdeas
