Flonase baby. I was addicted to afrin for 10ish years, have been off it since and do Flonase when I’ve got a problem now and it is non habit forming

I only will use it at night to sleep and for 3 days at a time. That way- you are using it appropriately and at least you can sleep at night

I’ve been using it since I was little. Every time, there’s no possible way I could get addicted to it. I HATE it so much but it’s literally the only thing that helps.

I just feel like people aren’t willing to be uncomfortable anymore. I get nose bleeds with how bad my fall allergies are and I still don’t use afrin. You’re literally fine…

I mean this in such a genuine way… HOW do you become addicted?!? Every.single.time I use it I get after taste and that ALONE puts me off so badly. My sister is addicted it and she won’t acknowledge it like ik you it 😭

So I buy a bottle of saline….dump half of the afrin out and then add the saline. You can gradually add more saline to dilute it…..yeah I maybe have been addicted more times than I like to admit 😝

i PROOOOMISE you azelastine is your best friend. it works almost immediately for me and is non addictive. you can combine it with flonase to make dymista too. it does taste gross, but is very effective
