They just now decided to announce to us two months ago that if we don’t tell them we’re using PPTO to leave early, we get in trouble, regardless of if the aisle we in is done 😭

Respectfully, if you tell them at the start it’s hard for them to do anything bc they were warned. Ex:Why did they give you more tasks if they knew you were leaving early. No if it was a disrespectful way of telling them ur leaving early with ppto that’s on u. And taking advantage and doing it consistently will get ur hours cut since obvi u can’t work a full shift like ur supposed to.
