@newdlenews: SpaceX capped Starlink at 100 mph overnight with no warning, and Ukraine says the move knocked drone missions offline. Military Starlink terminals moving faster than 100 mph (160 km/h) lost connection in what presidential adviser Serhiy Beskrestnov called a targeted outage. He says Ukrainian forces got no advance notice. The 7th Rapid Reaction Corps in Zaporizhzhia canceled some planned operations. It says drones also dropped signal for 10–20 seconds at just 110–120 km/h, and other reports put dropouts as low as 60–70 km/h. Kyiv formally asked the U.S. government and SpaceX to explain. Ukraine only learned of the limits from customer support after filing a complaint. SpaceX and Musk haven’t commented, and the reason for the cap is still unclear.
